Work from Home Customer Service Specialist – Senior Level

As a successful Senior Level Customer Service Specialist at CIC, you will:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 50+ WPM, along with high level computer skills
• Minimum 3 years call center experience with high call volume
• Minimum 3 years of customer service in home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) or similar industry
• Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
• Previous experience in complex work environments is helpful
• Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software
• Managerial experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

• $22- $25/hr. based on experience
